CommissionsAs the artist, I reserve the right to use any art I produce as an example as well as to post it at a portion of the original resolution or with an appropriate watermark. I will not claim the content of the commission as mine, and it will remain the exclusive property of the commissioner to do with as they please.I offer no guarantees in the rate at which a commission will be completed. Please be patient!In addition, there will be no WIPs offered to any commission that does not fall under a custom design.NSFW Works- I do offer NSFW options with regards to commissions, but there will be an additional 50% upmark of the price. eg. a commission priced at $100 would become $150 for a nsfw option. This is due to being against Twitch TOS to stream, so I wouldn't be able to work on it during stream.
- Ask about particular kinks before buying! I am very flexible, but there is always the chance of being asked to draw something I am not comfortable with that I would not think to list here otherwise, so I will leave that on a case by case basis instead.
- LGBTQ+ commissions are more than welcome!Adoptables and Design CustomsI, the artist, retain the right to use the original adoptable image as I please. I will not resell, gift, or trade an adopt that has been sold to or otherwise received by another party. The owner of the design has the exclusive right to use the design and adoptable they have received as they see fit with few restrictions to be outlined below.The owner of the design reserves the right to make edits to the original design. This includes the change of species (barring any original species they do not have permission to use) sex, gender, color, hairstyle or clothes (if applicable). The owner cannot change the rarity of the traits of a closed species. The original design must always be credited to me (buppaya)The owner of the design may draw, commission, and otherwise use the design for their own personal story as reference or otherwise.The owner of the design may not resell the design for more than they paid for it, regardless of additional art- unless said art is a commission of legal tender (AKA USD, Euro, etc.)The owner of the design may not reproduce the design for personal or monetary gain.
Should these terms of service be broken, I reserve the right to refuse future business with the user and they will be put on a blacklist.Anyone may also choose to take commissions of the species- limited to species-specific YCH as well as commission prompts. You may not sell MYOs, adoptables or other events that result in adding to the existing population of the species.PaymentAll payment must be in $USD unless otherwise noted, and sent within 48 hours of payment request.Payment methods for commissions must 100% upfront. I do not accept payment plans at this time.Rush orders will cost an additional 50% of the base commission price for priority.I reserve the right to refuse a request for a refund for any reason. Should a refund be offered or accepted, the buyer will receive 100% back, so long as the commission is 50% done or less.
